A sawmill that adapts to you
Exprochile SPA produces radiata pine timber in Los Álamos, Bío Bío Region, Chile. Rather than selling from a fixed catalogue, we mill to the dimensions your process requires: you define length, width and thickness, and we cut to that size to within a millimetre.
That removes rework at destination. The timber arrives ready to enter your production line, with no intermediate cutting and no material lost to sizes that do not fit.
Four grades
Kiln-dried radiata pine, in the grades and dimensions your operation requires.
Grade 01
CLEAR
Free of knots and visible defects. For mouldings, cladding and applications where the finish is exposed.
Grade 02
COL A
Sound, limited-size knots. A balance of appearance and yield for furniture and construction.
Grade 03
COL B
Higher knot presence. Aimed at industrial use, packaging and structures where cost per cubic metre governs.
Grade 04
MILLRUN
Unsorted mill production. The natural mill mix, for buyers who grade at destination.
COL A and COL B are Chilean grade designations and appear under these names on contracts and packing lists.
Accurate to the millimetre
Our circular-saw line lets us set length, width and thickness to the size you define, so you are not forced to reprocess the timber on arrival.
Lengths from 1,000 mm to 4,100 mm. Kiln dried to 8%–24% moisture content, set to your requirement; above 24% the timber is classed as green.
How an order works

Specification
You define length, width, thickness, grade and volume, along with the destination port.

Cut to size
We mill on a circular saw to the dimension agreed, accurate to the millimetre.

Kiln drying
Kiln dried to 8%–24% moisture content, stabilised for long-haul sea freight; above 24% the timber ships green. Chemical treatment on request.
04
CIF shipment
We arrange sea freight and insurance to your port, at a fixed price per container.
Delivered to your port
We quote CIF: we arrange sea freight and insurance to the port you nominate, at a fixed price per container.
We ship regularly to China, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, New Zealand, Mexico, Peru, Spain and the United States. If your country is not on the list, ask us anyway.
